Lately I’ve been bogged down by administrative work for both my regular job and my new found job of planning my wedding. Still, one of my favorite ways to procrastinate is to read up about the Ig Nobel Laureates - a ragtag crew of PhD’s with inventions like the SARS mask brassiere and studies like homosexual necrophilia in the mallard duck population. Nobel Laureates dressed like Hogwarts professors present the prizes to recipients while a little girl keeps time. It’s highly amusing and the 2010 YouTube video is one of my favorite distractions.
